A training plan just for you, created from the ground up. Work together with Matt to create the optimal training program for improving your bouldering or sport climbing potential.
Daily workouts using common climbing gym equipment. These workouts are pre-written and tested to improve your max bouldering grade while building resistance to injury. Also includes video analysis and daily messaging with Matt. Ages 18+
An APEX plan plus one 30-minute phone call per month. Talk 1-on-1 with Matt and Hailey about your goals, projects, and next steps. Limited space available.
In-season workouts with video review, messaging, and 2-3 workouts per week. This program is designed for your performance cycles where you may be spending less time in the gym and more time on rock trying your projects.
A full service nutrition plan designed specifically for you. We have found that a focus on nutrition has been the best way to optimize your performance and recovery. Includes macro/micronutrient suggestions, supplement suggestions, and sample meal recipes all from Hailey. Cut, bulk, or maintain the RIGHT way!
